We ask that if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick or has been diagnosed with COVID-19, you refrain from visiting us until you are well and have been without symptoms for three weeks.

All customers should understand that the usual two week turnaround time will not apply to orders at this time. We will complete orders to the best of our ability based on our supply chain availability and any state or county mandates as well as sensible precautions needed or required during this time.
Counter Design Service by appointment only
If you are comfortable coming into the store you will be required to make an appointment.
Our hours for appointments will be 11AM - 3PM -Monday - Saturday
We will request you handle all of your artwork throughout the design process
Customers will be asked to refrain from touching any samples (mats/frames/glass options)
We will ask for payment in full to reduce the amount of interactions. We prefer not to accept cash at this time, and we will use touch-pay cards whenever possible.
Once designed, and payment has been accepted, we will store your art safely and away from other customer artwork. The artwork will remain untouched by our staff for at least three days. Once the order is complete, we will call you that it is complete. We recommend waiting three days to collect. You may pull up to our store and call us at 281-391-9146 and we will bring it to your vehicle. If you have any concerns regarding the completed project, you will need to contact us within 24 hours. Photographs of all work will be taken immediately before being wrapped up for delivery.
Curbside Drop-Off and Remote Design (will require Zoom or Facetime access)
We understand many people may still be uncomfortable with coming into our store. If you arrive at our store and call us at 281-391-9146, we will will happily come to your vehicle to collect your artwork for framing. we will have a socially distanced conversation regarding your thoughts, price range, and any other things we should consider in our design. We will leave the artwork untouched for three days. During this time, one of our associates will call you to set up an appointment for remote design. If using zoom meeting, we will have one camera on the artwork and one on the associate assisting you. Customers should understand that colors and textures do not always translate well over video and pictures. We highly recommend you come in for a contactless view of your selections before we move forward with the order. Design changes requested after the order is completed will be at the customer's expense.
